Honda Rincon happy story

my brother just got back on a rincon after like 10 years didn't touch any ATV, and he's pretty stoked!

We just picked up this 2012 honda rincon with 1900 miles for him, after an 4 hour road trip!
He said he always loves the red one, and the price was right, so he just dropped everything and hit the road with me.

Now he's on the hunt for an OEM exhaust setup, a new airbox lid, a headlight, and proper springs/shocks.
He sold his old Rincon 10 years ago and always regretted it.

The owner didn't want to ride it bcs of his condition. It'd been in storage for almost 5 years, but after a good clean up, it runs like a champ.

Apparently, before it was put away, the whole thing was sprayed with fluid film or something that felt like gun oil, and it really preserved everything well.
My bro has cleaned it and he's living his best life now haha
I'm happy that he's smiling a lot, he's been through a lot in life.

this is my happy rincon story, what's your happy story?

That's a great story! I'm really happy to hear your brother is back on the Rincon and enjoying it. As for the parts he might need, the OEM exhausts and airbox lids are still out there and fit just fine. If he's looking to enhance the ride and handling, those aftermarket shocks and springs from brands like DTA do a fantastic job.

What's his top priority at the moment?

No happy Rincon story here, but stories like yours make me want to start do more with my rincon even if its no tintentional, glad your brother found his way back to riding by the way

Love this story! That red 2012 sounds like it was preserved well. For parts, Partzilla's catalog and HondaPartsHouse are great for OEM stuff, and I even spotted an airbox lid on eBay recently.
