Took my 2019 Rincon out for a ride today and noticed the steering felt kind of weird. I started checking things over and realized the 4x4 just wont turn off, it seems to be stuck. I can hear a click when I hit the switch, so I know its doing something, but its not disengaging. What's really confusing is that the 4x4 light comes on even while the bike is still moving, which I thought wasnt supposed to happen unless you’re at a stop. I’m not sure what’s going on here. Thoughts please?

Sounds like you need to check the speed sensor and the wirings to the actuator.
also you might want to take a look the service manual for any specific troubleshooting steps.

yep. A faulty speed sensor or 4x4 position sensor could be sending incorrect signals to the ECU, leading to the 4x4 staying engaged or the light behaving erratically

I agree with comments here. That click is a good sign, but it could be a vacuum issue, bad sensor, or even a glitch in the control module. Have you tried briinging to a dealer to check
