Transmission problems

My 2010 Rincon slips in all three forward gears. It doesn't seem to matter if the engine is cold or has been running for a while. The slipping persists even after letting it warm up for 30 minutes. Except it seems to improve temporarily if I shift my transmission back to neutral, but that's just inconvenient! I'm using the correct Honda oil, fluid level is full so I've ruled out fluid issue as the cause. Has anyone with a similar Rincon model experienced similar symptoms? What was the problem and how did you get it fixed?

Hmm, honestly yeah? I'm not sure if it's the clutch plates wearing out. The slipping sound is hard to verify unless I'm there to really hear because there could be lots of different options. Not normal, that's for sure tho.

Slipping in all forward gears usually means worn clutch plates. With that you'll likely need a clutch rebuild to fix it
