Cold shoulder from a tired Rincon

Hello from the world of inherited projects! Came across this place while trying to decode what's going on with a stubborn Rincon. It drags its feet at startup but runs clean once it wakes up. Figured guys who've been down this trail could tell me whether it's worth nursing back or just nursing.
